"I tried food from this restaurant for the first time, and it wasn’t what I expected. I ordered carne asada (which they refer to as churrasco) at 11:00 am, and by 11:05, my order was ready. It was clear that they don’t take the time to prepare fresh food; it felt like they were simply reheating dishes from the day before. You could tell from the flavor and presentation that everything was just warmed up, with ingredients that weren’t fresh. They even served me a lemon that was already in bad condition, and the taste was off. They really should focus on serving fresh food made the same day. I was disappointed to be eating something that was several days old."
