"The food is delicious and the service is fast and great. But I must admit I wanted to try the fried Ice cream for my birthday but the waitress never did bring it so we left. "This is for the Camas, WA location but since both restaurants are owned by the same people I'd be wary of either. WARNING TO ANYONE WITH A SEAFOOD ALLERGY (fish/ shellfish) OR ANY OTHER SEVERE ALLERGY OR DIETARY NEED On August 2nd 2024 around 2:00 pm my sister and I were visiting the town this restaurant is in and decided to give it a try. I have a severe allergy to seafood but have never had an issue with Mexican food. We walked in to a mostly empty restaurant and immediately the woman serving had an attitude. She brought out salsa, chips, and beans. Before eating any I let her know I have a severe seafood allergy and wanted to know if I was ok with everything and if there was any fish in the sauces etc. She again had an attitude and said no bur even do what most servers are trained to do which is double check with the chef. It sent off alarm bells in my gut which I should have listened to but I’ve never had a reaction to chips and salsa so I decided to forgo getting a main plate due to not trusting the waitress but would munch on the chips while my sister ate. Two chips in I started to cough and could feel my throat itching. I waited about 5 minutes to see if my symptoms progressed and they did. I had a thought that maybe the chips are fried here (not used to that) and in the same oil as seafood. I went back up to the waitress who was talking with some guy and said “I’m sorry to bother you again but do you fry the chips with any seafood?” And she goes “Yes shrimp.” Panic started to set in as I knew I had to act quickly to get to some kind of medical help in a new town I don’t know. I went back to tell my sister who jumped into action and told the woman we had to go to get to a hospital. The woman acted irritated almost as if she wanted us to still pay for food my sister hadn’t even gotten yet and when my sister tried to explain this is an emergency she acted confused. As we ran out she yelled “It was Shrimp!” I ended up having to administer an epi in the car, rushed to an urgent care then an ambulance then to the emergency hospital where I spent several hours. Our day was waisted and my life was put in danger by this negligent restaurant. Again, if you have a severe allergy or any dietary restriction I would highly caution you eating here."

"We both ordered entrees and drinks, but we received our food before our margaritas, which was a bit odd. As for the dishes, they were quite standard—typical Tex-Mex fare. The queso was overloaded with cream and didn’t taste like authentic queso at all. I wasn't impressed. My margarita tasted more like juice than anything else. Overall, it was a lackluster experience."

"Food was wonderful only took off a point bc I asked for no lettuce and it came with lettuce... Still delicious. My 2.5 year old even ate 85% of her food and that just doesn't happen hardly at all. Huge portions, definitely have at least 2 more meals with what I brought home. Waiters were⁴³3⁴³ to week p very friendly and attentive, quick service, u hb bu7uybiioveral XDl a great experience. "Potrillo’s has excellent food, but our favorite thing is their ice cream. They have a huge selection of flavors, many of them unique (I see you, tequila! . Even the more “traditional” flavors are excellent. The chocolate is rich, and strawberry still has some of the tiny seeds in it. If you’re not up for ice cream, try the paletas (Mexican popsicles . Chocolate coconut is great, but the rice pudding version is [chef’s kiss]. Next time you’re in the mood for some ice cream, skip Dairy Queen across the street and check out Potrillo’s."

"I love the atmosphere and vibe of the downtown Jalapenos location. I like to kick things off with a cup of their distinctive chicken tortilla soup. It’s a hearty soup featuring a wonderful mix of stringy cheese, tender avocado, shredded chicken, and crispy tortilla strips. Their margaritas are consistently excellent, and my chicken quesadilla was wonderfully simple yet delicious. Our server was genuinely warm and friendly, providing outstanding service throughout our visit."

"I usually really enjoy Mexican food, but this place was disappointing! The taco salad was so dry it was nearly inedible, and the chicken had no flavor at all. My husband ordered a dish that came with overcooked chicken, deli-style ham, canned pineapple, and a watery cheese sauce. Out of sheer curiosity, we decided to try the churros since everything else was so bad. We ended up with one overcooked churro that broke apart when we tried to handle it, served with a squirt of whipped cream. Honestly, this was the worst $50 I've ever spent! Save your time and money—avoid this place."

"I’ll get straight to the point: I was hungry and enjoy dining out on Friday nights. I found Casa Amigos Tequila Bar to be an excellent choice. Let’s begin with the food. I ordered a fajita quesadilla, which was incredibly generous in portion size. I opted for the mixed chicken and beef, which was a nice touch, along with peppers and onions—delicious! I even asked for a takeout box so I could save the leftovers for lunch the next day. The service was attentive and friendly. Our server returned several times to refill our drinks, and we were treated to chips and tasty salsa while we looked over the menu. The atmosphere wasn’t noisy at all. There was plenty of parking available, and despite the restaurant being full, it didn’t feel cramped, allowing us to enjoy a conversation at our table. This seems to be increasingly rare these days. The bar area is separate, keeping the noise contained, though you can still order drinks from there. A family dined next to us with a small child who was having a great time with her parents and grandparents. She entertained us all by visiting each relative at the table—she was having such fun, though I wasn’t sure if she actually had any food! The restaurant has a bit of a club vibe, with a glass exterior wall that offers a nice view of the outside shrubs and trees illuminated by spotlights. It created a lovely ambiance. I highly recommend giving this place a try—you won’t be disappointed. It’s not a chain, so the quick service and delicious food made for a wonderful evening. As for parking, the restaurant is located in an office complex with ample free parking right outside. There are designated handicap spaces closest to the entrance, and there are also a few outdoor tables if you’d prefer to sit under the stars. "The menus are updated with a Sharpie, and the prices have gone up significantly. I spent $12.50 on a lunch that included a burrito, taco, and tostada. You could find the same meal at most other places for around $9, and it would likely be of better quality. The beef was watered down due to being cooked with tomatoes and lacked seasoning. There was minimal cheese, resulting in a very bland meal. They also charge for chips and salsa after the first small basket. The whole atmosphere felt like they were struggling to make ends meet, and they're trying to compensate by passing costs onto customers. The menu is filled with confusing extra charges, making it unclear what the final bill will be. You have better dining options available; I recommend going elsewhere. This place really needs to overhaul its menu and business approach, or I doubt it will last much longer."

"Whoah! Best fajitas I have had in a hot minute. We found this place while searching along our route to the coast. We squeezed in just before they were closing on Friday night (they locked the door a few minutes after we arrived) The chips were crisp and delicious (you know how much it sucks to get stale chips) We both got the steak and chicken fajitas- the steak was tender (vs tough as leather from the last place I had fajitas) Everyone was kind and attentive- total gem and will return if we are ever out this way again!"

"This is a fantastic local spot! I've always had great meals here. Their guacamole and salsa are delicious, and the margaritas are just what you need when you're thirsty. The bar area is perfect for watching sports, but if you're bringing family along, the main dining room in the back is quite charming. The host and waitstaff are excellent, and parking is never an issue, thanks to a large public parking lot just across the street. Be sure to try the chile relleno!"

"My daughter and I have been here twice now for our unofficial daddy daughter lunch days and have enjoyed not only the food but the atmosphere as well. The service is fast and friendly, and my daughter and I shared the steak and shrimp fajitas which came to our table hot and sizzling as they should, the only issue was that they only gave us 4 shrimp and my daughter loves shrimp. Everything other than that down to price of the food and the music they play while you're eating was great."

"Love this place whether eating in or getting DoorDash! I like to order a la carte items which are a fantastic deal! They have great street tacos(I like the grilled chicken) I especially like them doused with lime juice. Another favorite is a tostada which is on a shell but is filled with so much stuff I usually eat with chips!! Def. For me the portion size of an a la carte tostada is a full meal and a snack later or two meals with chips. Everything is always fresh and prepared very consistently."
