"When I tried to place a phone order for delivery on the day of my request, they instructed me to use a third-party delivery service like Postmates or Uber Eats. I complied, but the driver encountered problems delivering to a studio lot. After discussing the situation with both the gate guard and the driver, I was assured that my order would be left at the gate. Unfortunately, after some investigation, we discovered that it was never delivered. When I visited the bakery in person to discuss the issue, an employee promised to look into it and call me back, but I never received that call. I returned a week later to follow up, only to be told that the team was too busy to assist me. After explaining my situation again, both the employees and the manager informed me they contacted the third-party carrier and couldn't do anything else. In the end, I was left with a bill of $115 and no order, not even an acknowledgment of my concerns. It's disappointing that such a lovely bakery doesn't prioritize customer service. I will now be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to seek out bakeries that value their customers. Goodbye, Big Sugar."

"Went for a lunch during swim meet when we see the homemade cooking sign. Well was a little disappointing. First of all the booths were filthy. Cushions were so smelly and sticky we could not sit. Our upcharged order of beer batteted fries and onion rings were not beer battered and almost burned in a fryer with old oil. I ordered french dip sliders which were very chewy not tender. College students around here does not deserve to be in a filthy pub. So we left disappointed and not recommend the place . Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2"

"Our experience was. AWFUL. The WORST service we have had in a while. Never saw our server. Everyone was served by an expediter and two of us never got our food. Had to go find someone to figure out where our food was. The dryest, overcooked fish, over cooked mushy vegetables that we paid 35.00 a plate for. The acoustics in that place are terrible. There were many large parties and the noise actually made our heads ring from it bouncing around and echoing in the room. We couldn't hear one word any of us were saying across the table . It was a very expensive, stressful, worst food and service we have had in years. Will NEVER go back."

"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant and I can't recommend it enough! There's a new employee named Vicky who truly knows how to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. I even rode my bike for MILES just to get some ice cream! I’ve been visiting often lately due to a recent breakup, and I have always felt valued and cared for here. Vicky and her friend consistently make me feel seen and heard. Plus, the ice cream is absolutely phenomenal! I would recommend this place to everyone, not just on Long Island but all over the world!"

"it is refreshing to find a restuarant serving vegetarian dishes that are this high quality and filling. the interior design ensures a relaxed eating, an excellent section for the datum night. the wine selection took place. my only problem with mother’s cafe is that the menu is everywhere. I love getting free chips and salsa before the meal, but this is hard with my decision to order a pasta menu. it feels a little unprofessional. I have no suggestions to correct this, because I enjoy the variety on the menu."

"This restaurant is fantastic! During our 7-day stay in Steamboat Springs, we tried several upscale dining options, but many felt pretentious and overpriced. However, that wasn't the case at Old Town Pub. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The historic building, dedicated staff, great vibe, delicious food, and reasonable prices all contributed to a wonderful experience. The hostess, Ayla, was multitasking by taking orders and serving customers without missing a beat—she was exceptional! The entire team worked diligently to ensure everyone was well taken care of. Our meals arrived hot and fresh. My wife enjoyed the chicken Infamy bowl, while I opted for the Tuesday prime rib special; both dishes were expertly prepared and absolutely delicious! We also sampled the cheese curds, a house specialty, and they did not disappoint—homemade, hot, and delightful. If you're in Steamboat Springs, we highly recommend spending an evening at this lovely pub."
