"Today around 2:30 pm, I went to the restaurant to pick up my order and I forgot my IPhone on the counter, I called the restaurant as soon as I noticed that from my wife’s phone and asked for it, the employees after 5 min waiting responded that they didn’t know nothing about that. I returned to the restaurant to asked them personally and they insisted that they didn’t find anything, I make it sound from the app find my IPhone and the phone made the sound in the restaurant, they didn’t want to give me back my phone and was treated as a customer that didn’t have any value for them, they made me feel so bad. I was also told by the employee that he shouldn’t have to care for my things, as if it was my fault and didn’t deserve to have my phone back. After I told them that I was going to speak with the business owner because I have 15 years going to that place, they finally give me back my phone. I don’t understand why these people acted like this, we are customers that deserve more respect than that. I need a response from the owner about this incident."
