"The food at this restaurant was extremely average. I have never had sushi that needed sauce just to be tolerable. The sesame shrimp lacked flavor and was served on top of soggy lettuce with unseasoned broccoli. My friend and I dined in and also placed a takeout order, but the restaurant forgot half of our order. As we were preparing to leave, the waitress rushed us out and repeatedly asked us what we were waiting for, even though we explained we were waiting for our Ubers due to the rain outside. There are certainly better dining options in the area. I would suggest avoiding this place, as it was nearly empty when we were there."

"Namaste has a great vegan variety. They have both vegan food and modified drinks such as the chai and malai. I especially love the Chana masala which has delectable ginger in it. They have new ownership since a few months back and the food is even better than with the old ownership. They also have great vegan appetizers such as a cauliflower dish called, Gobi Manchurian and a pineapple spiced one. Highly recommend the place to vegans and of course our non-vegan counterparts who may happen to dine with us."

"Mr Q's has always been in the neighborhood (a favorite )for as long as I can remember. The food is exceptional and deliciously very well prepared. However needs to watch the salt, at times too salty. Would recommend the soups (especially egg-drop or wonton) as appertizers. Then I'm a big fan of the stir-fryed vegetables, also General Tsao Chicken and beef broccoli. Outstanding place to bring family and friends, always treated like Royalty. Love the place Absolutely Like Highly recommended"

"I have visited this restaurant twice, on different occasions. One time, it was empty and our food took a long time to be served. However, when we went yesterday and it was busy, our food came much quicker. I have noticed that unlike other buffets in Long Island and elsewhere, this place only partially serves your order, especially if you order a lot. They then have you reorder what was missed on a new paper, assuming you won't eat it all. While this may prevent food wastage, it is the only buffet I have experienced that operates in this way. I would prefer if they assessed the size of our group and trusted our initial order, or at least confirmed with us before serving only half of our order. Despite this, the food is good and the ambiance is pleasant. I have attached the menu and some of the orders we tried."

"The waitress was friendly and attentive, which made my experience even better. I decided on the Mediterranean wrap with fries and a bowl of stuffed pepper soup. Everything was delicious and fresh, so much so that I couldn't finish it all and ended up taking some leftovers home. I also appreciated that they offer the option to order ahead for pickup. While at the counter, I discovered their dessert selection and couldn't resist taking home a massive slice of carrot cake, which was delightful! I regret not taking any photos of my meal, but I would definitely recommend this spot and plan to return in the future."

"Okinawa Chinese restaurant failed miserably in preparing and delivering my simple order of two combination plates and fried wontons through Grubhub. They left me with an empty stomach for over an hour, and after Grubhub customer service got in contact with me they ended up canceling the order and was refunded due to the stores incompetence. Not to mention there were drivers waiting there for the order and now it being late most restaurants are closed. It’s truly disappointing that a restaurant couldn’t handle such a basic order. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a satisfying meal."

"I had been turned off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there, the hostess didn't confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 difference in price. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which it came off like), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"We came for my boyfrienda birthday. It was extremely disapppointing. The food was awful and over priced. There was also limited selection. The caesar salad was terrible and full of the ier yellow lettuce that made it bitter. I hadnt been to the restaurant for years and it has significantly gone down hill. I was speaking to an acquaintance and he had the same opinion.Service was ok but slow. Actually the busboy forget to give one of us water and when we asked for it, he argued with us and said he did give it.Truly was a waste of moey but more importantly ruined the birthday celebration."

"I wanted to try these sushi for a long time. Finally decided to order today. Extremely rude person on the phone, nickel and dime -ing for everything, referencing some boss watching over them. The price for the order was higher than advertized on the flyer that was broght in last week. When i mentioned that, she said it was an old flyer. No, it isn 't. The coupons on it expure on 12/31/2022. She made it so hard to order, I changed my mind. Will give my 70 dollars to someone who appreciates me as a customer and wants my business. When I said I wasn 't going to order, she happily and eagerly said bye-bye . Two stars- for the benefit of doubt because I never tried thier food. That person on the phone who takes orders deserves one star, if any. She is going to kill the business with this attitude.P. S. I read some reviews online after posting mine. If it is the same person on the phone, I am surprised they still keep her."

"This is the best sushi restaurant I've ever visited! I hadn't been here in about six years, but since I had a great experience before, I decided to give it another try. I'm so glad I did—it was even better this time! My boyfriend and I enjoyed several amazing sushi rolls. Our waiter, who I suspect might also be the owner (I think his name was Sam), was an excellent host. He ensured we had everything we needed—and more! Such a nice guy. "This was my first visit to this restaurant and I had the carne asada and egg, which was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. We dined in for breakfast and the atmosphere was pleasant. The price per person was between $10 and $20. I would highly recommend trying the fries, Steak and Eggs Breakfast Plate, and Toast. There was plenty of parking available, with free parking options in the parking lot."

"I order from Sushi Express once a week. I have lived in the area my whole life. I first tried the restaurant in 2005 and didn't return until a friend ordered from there about two years ago. I enjoyed the food and became obsessed with their Poke bowls a year ago. I had tried other places in Massapequa and Babylon village, but found them either too far away or too expensive. Sushi Express has since become my go-to spot for all my favorite dishes, including their signature rolls, fried oysters, and spicy dumpling soup. The customer service is also excellent, making me feel welcomed every time I visit. I highly recommend Sushi Express. Thank you."

"This Japanese restaurant has become our new favorite! The menu features a variety of traditional and unique Japanese dishes, all of which we found to be delicious. We highly recommend trying their house rolls, specifically the JPan roll and monster roll, both of which were excellent. The service was exceptional and we even got to see their lovely backyard seating area. We definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone craving Japanese food!"

"The space is very small, but it worked well for us; however, we did have to take our youngest out. Everyone else enjoyed their meals. "This is our new favorite local BYOB spot. We've been twice now. The staff is very warm and friendly and the food is superb. If you like well crafted food and are willing to pay for very interesting tasting, beautifully plated food then this is a great place to go. We've been twice and both times they have been great with dietary restrictions as well. It's charming, casual enough to walk in (if you can get in!) but also a great place to take visiting friends and relatives or for a special night out or date. The Wayne area needed a place like this. We'll keep going back for sure."
