"I am appalled by the owners sons attitude ,lack of professionalism and empathy for the elderly .In error I ordered take out for about 38.00 .IThe owner was very nice when he took the order and I gave him my credit card upfront, which he billed.I realized that in error I ordered from this restaurant which is over an hour away from my home,I was waiting outside at the restaurant close to me when I realized something was wrong because they didn't have my order. I am elderly and somehow,i must have read the wrong number ,I called and spoke to the owner,,he was busy and said he would look at it later and take care of it then. I called back because I retire early and wanted to be reassured that the credit was returned to my card.I spoke to the owners son,He was so nasty to me, disrespectful ,defensive and very unprofessional and refused to credit me . The owner had been so nice initially and I would have written a review about how understanding he was as I believe he meant to credit me.I can't comment on the food or ambiance however ,I do not know any restaurant owner that would not credit someone that's elderly and made an honest mistake and was apologetic about it,, Price per person: 30–50 Service: 1"
