"Thank goodness for Hannah, who was the only competent person in the building. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but holy hell, that was a painful experience. We sat at the bar for 25+ minutes before any acknowledgment and they gave us water and then we waited an additional 15 minutes to actually take our order. Numerous times we wondered if we were invisible because of the lack of service. Come to realize anyone who sat at the bar had horrible service until Hannah showed up. There were two guys as servers who were so idiotic and useless. They spent more time shuffling menus than actually working. I just can’t deal anymore. Never again. Just go to any other place on the strip to redeem your day."
