"I went out of my way to get bagels for my family,had already called it in prior to going.When I arrived,I sent my daughter in to just pick it up ,I did notice everyone who went in after my daughter was coming out with their order.I went in to see what was going on.My daughter told me she did tell the taller lady but she ignored my daughter.When I spoke to another lady,she asked me my order and it was not ready.So now I was upset because they ignored my daughter and I wasted my time calling it in.When I spoke to the manager,he was worse than all of them.Now,I am waiting to speak to the owner.No one should get treated this way."
