"Title: Expect Respect, Not Ridicule: Disappointing Experience at State College Location As a long-time loyal customer of Chick-fil-A, I have always enjoyed their food and service. However, my recent experience at the State College location on March 18, 2023, left me feeling disrespected and humiliated due to the behavior of the operator. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect to be treated with respect and not be made fun of. The operator spoke to me in a condescending tone, and I felt that his attitude towards me may have been influenced by my Asian background. To make matters worse, he publicly ridiculed me when I was dealing with a parking issue. His mocking and derisive behavior was witnessed by several people and left me feeling humiliated and distressed. Although another employee eventually assisted me, the damage was already done. As someone who faces personal challenges, I rely on understanding and support from others. This experience left me feeling distraught. I reached out to Chick-fil-A's customer service with a detailed complaint on March 21, but after 10 days, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. This lack of action only adds to my disappointment. I hope that my review will serve as a wake-up call for the management and staff at this location to treat all customers with respect and not make fun of them, regardless of their background. Until there is a change, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this Chick-fil-A location to others."
