"My daughter treated me to a special birthday dinner on April 14. The food was excellent and service was top notch. Prices were reasonable, atmosphere comfortable, tastefully hip music played as background added to ambiance and did not drown out conversation. Excellent creamy clam chowder tasted homemade, not canned. Calamari appetizer lightly breaded and fried to tender perfection. My daughter loved the shrimp scampi and I thoroughly enjoyed the red snapper, cooked to tender flaking perfection. and so fresh. Homemade mashed potatoes and buttered green beans deliciously prepared. Wait staff indulged my picky preference for a genuinely hot pot of Earl Grey tea taking my direction on how it should be prepared . (Woe to those restaurants who present a cup of tepid water with a teabag still packaged). Complimentary birthday dessert of my choice was the creme brulee served with a lit candle. What's not to love about Oberon Grill?"
