"I had someone pick up ice cream for me, but unfortunately, this location was out of my favorite flavor, baseball nut. It was disappointing, considering they boast about having 31 flavors. What really bothered me, though, was that the staff didn’t even suggest an alternative flavor. As a result, I ended up with plain vanilla. When I called to ask if vanilla was the closest option to baseball nut, the worker mentioned that there were other flavors that would fit the description better. However, since the person picking it up didn’t ask for a recommendation, they didn’t provide one. It seems this location operates on a policy that if you don’t ask for help, you won’t get it. Additionally, when my friend paid in cash, the cashier, who was out of $1 bills, struggled to give the correct change. It’s clear that the staff here needs better training."
