"Great experience. Great top quality food. Kind, efficient service, EXTREMELY clean, plenty of parking. We didn't tell them we were there for a special occasion- my mom's (R.I.P. favorite did was Chinese and we went there to celebrate her birthday! Miss you Mom! Talk about FRESH food! O.m.g. The prices are good and for the quality of food, they are very reasonable but confirm prices if it isn't lunch time because they have some lunch prices at the moment on the menu. We ordered 2 Triple Delights (DELICIOUS BTW!! thinking they were about 13$ but they ended up at $18.95, which we had them look at. Don't be fooled when they bring the dishes off food, they don't look like what you are used to because they are more like bowls... and they DO hold a good amount of food. Everyone agreed the good was delicious including 2 that aren't fans of Chinese food!! Highly recommend. Beautiful restaurant with exceptional food!"

"Spent around 75$ for 3 ppl to eat. My daughter had 2 piece of her 4 Chicken on the stick that were raw. No apologies given, just same pieces of chicken dropped.. then I asked for my honey chicken to be EXTRA CRISPY...were not! I said something and they took the to go boxes back... And did absolutely nothing with them! Hunter 's son came to me raising his voice and said I seen them drop them back in the wok and make extra crispy, the sauce make them soft '???‍ ummm no sir! I seen threw the curtain that wasn 't closed...y 'all did absolutely nothing to the chicken. I have been going in there for 16 yrs and absolute worst service tonight with his son and some woman. The prices have gotten high for smaller portions and they can 't cook the food the way u requested!"

"I have been ordering for years but lately food has been an issue. This last time was the last straw and I urge u to check your food. I had my order delivered over $44.00 bucks. I ordered garlic shrimp trying something new and it came with 4 shrimp that tasted very mushy and soft shrimp is usually firm and very over cooked and lots of very large veggies . So I call and ask for a remake or something else since it?s unbearable the lady yells and says no u can?t have anything else. I didn?t ask for a refund I just asked for a remake I was willing to pick up myself . This is really the worst service and food I have had I will go out my way to not visit rice China again !!!!"

"This restaurant is truly outstanding! You can tell that the owner genuinely cares about the food, as it has a strong family-friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and I highly recommend that anyone traveling to or through El Paso give Phoenix Palace a try—you won’t regret it. This location is ideally situated for those seeking culturally cooked Chinese food compared to nearby options like Hong Kong Express on the northwest side by 76th and Good Hope. As for parking, it is in a poorly lit area right in front of the building, and there have been reports of criminal activity affecting customers in that space."

"We moved from Seattle six months ago, and so far, this is the best Chinese food we've discovered in Dallas. It's so good that we make the 30-minute drive from Plano (a one-hour round trip) just to satisfy our cravings. We’ve tried several Chinese restaurants around Plano and Frisco, including some that were highly recommended, but none have compared to this one. The food is fresh and flavorful—definitely a hidden gem!"

"I love this restaurant, but I would not order delivery. For some reason, carry out/delivery is terrible compared to dine in. One time I ordered orange chicken for take out and the chef forgot to fry it. It was ... interesting. However, when you eat in, it's a much better experience. The drinks are fairly priced and good. I have never had a problem with the food quality. And of course the complimentary tea, hot towels and orange ice cream make you feel like you are in an old movie. I'm not sure why the delivery service is so terrible is but it's a common occurrence. It seems that most bad reviews across the internet are for delivery which proves my theory. Therefore I can only give it 3 stars since takeout is a staple of Chinese restaurants. Takeout: 2/5 In restaurant: 4/5"
