"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"I usually never leave reviews unless the place is really so good. to say that this place would be good an understatement, the service was the best thing I ever had and eating even after a 10 minutes drive to home was still delicious and crispy! Once I placed my order on the phone, I knew that the service would be good, david made sure that he went over my order with me on the phone to make sure that he didn't miss anything and even offered to call me when that was ready to eat that I had never been offered. when I went through the door, david greeted me with names and immediately brought out my food, went over every bag and what it contained just to go extra thoroughly and even offered to go all my food to my car. I usually go to Thai/Japanese restaurants that come closer to me, but I am now more than willing to drive over, just to eat this delicious food again and have the experience of good service. 10/10 would recommend!"

"It is rare that I am so interested in a place for the good reviews, but when I go there it is a total disaster. I lost my appetite halfway through this cold meal. Maybe my group of 4 didn't know what the waiter was trying to do as if he helped us, but I think he needs training. This meal was a TERRIBLE VALUE for the money. With a 20% tip (which they do not get the review would have been about $105, with 3 diet drinks and a water. Four salad dishes I found for money extremely mediocre. And a very strange shrimp appetizer packed in fried noodles that neither looked good nor appetizing, but tasted ok. What's going on? It was that the waiter decided to give us extremely slow service, which led us to be the last people we served when we were one of the first to sit. We've seen 12 people get their food before us, not take customers. If there should be a very long delay, the waiter should have mentioned it. But he shouldn't lure before the appetizer. No one likes it, or maybe his training has no appetite suppressor timing. I had a grilled beef salad that had two things on the plate. A piece of raw, cabbage, uncut what the waiter said later, was only on the garbage, although this was a salad. (I had expected Veggies to be healthy. And the grilled steak? How sad it was, a small bunch of cut meat with a spicy water sauce. It took rice bad, but he didn't offer. There was nothing on this plate next to the small pile of cut beef and the indefinite cabbage. For $14 or $15, that would be near $20 with taxes and tip. What a Siam Joke. What a literal outline to sell as badly presented foods as their cut beef salad, but their photos on their website are carefully staged, not like the actual food. I'll never trust this place again. What a joke, what a demolition, what a bad service, what a bad waiter, what a deorganized kitchen (can not get orders together and just what bad air conditioning. What a loser of a restaurant that is! I wish I had taken a photo of the moderate meal that was put before me."

"The food was delicious, and I have no major complaints. The spring rolls were just okay. They were quite large, which meant I mostly ended up with mouthfuls of cabbage, and they were a bit greasy. If it were up to me, I would make them a normal size and lower the price. However, everything else had great flavor, and the Panang Curry was wonderful. I ordered it with medium spice, and it had a nice, mild heat. The vegetables were fresh, and the tofu was cooked perfectly. Overall, I'm still giving it 5 stars."

"best vegan restaurant in riverside! sam 's bann thai is super ready to customize almost their entire menu for vegans. the workers have said that they make it a priority to offer vegan decisions, and I could not be grateful. the male worker I ordered in the evening is super friendly and helpful. He had so much geduld to help me finish our whole meal as we wanted. they can veganize almost everything by shortening the meat with tofu (fried and unfried) or simply veggies and the oyster sauce (which includes most of their sauces) with an oyster mushroom sauce, they are sure they want it vegan. the yellow curry has a wonderful taste it is one of our favorite dishes. we also love the garlic green beans with tofu. so good! all their dishes are good. they will not be disappointed if they order vegan or not. I use the EAT24 page to supply her food to me. the website allows them to give a spiciness level and instruct in a commentary to leave for any item. to warn their food is very spicy, so if they can not season, they should say 0 1 for the level of spice. sometimes even level 1 is quite sharp. to be sure, I usually do not say a spicy and add some of the chili paste they give you. this place is our way when we have to have something delivered because I'm gonna find what's vegan. there are two stalls in riverside, so they should be in the position they can deliver."

"The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. We ordered four items: the crispy garlic chicken, the chili fried rice with chicken, pad se-ew (wide rice noodle), and Thai tea. All of the dishes were delicious, but the crispy garlic chicken was a bit sweeter than we expected. If you prefer savory dishes over those with mild sweetness (like orange chicken), you may not enjoy the crispy garlic chicken. "Prices are good, some food was just ok, some not. Thai fried chicken had lightly battered, large pieces of boneless dark meat. Tasty like salt and pepper chicken, juicy meat. With white rice. Beef pad garlic over rice had small thinly sliced beef pieces in a dark sauce, with garlic bits good flavor. Salty fried rice had really salty pieces of fish. So salty even with the rice. Menu description for Beef soup said beef tendon so we picked it. Even confirmed with the waitress that it had tendon. There was none, only small thin slices of beef (same as in the pad garlic) and were not very tender; plus fishballs and bean sprouts. With a dark broth, not a rich broth flavor, but bec it had strong taste of soy sauce. Reminded me of sauteed sprouts in garlic and soy sauce, not for a soup though. The restaurant is small. Some small tables for 2 but can be moved for 4 or more. Wooden stools with no seat back. No restroom. Street parking. Service is great.Update:We returned to try our usual go to thai dish crispy pork with chinese broccoli. We liked the thinly sliced, very crunchy pieces of pork. The squid salad was mildly spicy as I requested. I had each bite with a mint leaf. Again, good prices."

"I've gone to Made in Asia for some time, but last night was a terrible experience. The service was great. The food is not so great. I don't know who the cook was, but he was out of his game. My wife ordered the Thai Basil Shrimp, as usual, it came as dry. We ask the server to ask the cook, where is the sauce? She answered and said the cook said it was not cooked in any sauce. Red flag number 1 because it clearly specifies it in the menu. Red flag number 2, the Crab Rangoon was 99% cream cheese and 1% crab. It should not be a dessert, but an appetizer. Made in Asia I love you, but one of these chefs will bring you many more complaints."

"The food is good. The cooks are heavy with spice. Not large portions like some other places so don't expect a doggie bag but the prices reflect that, but you will leave full. Various soups everyday come with lunch are usually very salty but are still good. I prefer other places but I will go back for something different. Crab ragoon is ok. Would not get again.
