"I'd like to thank Erika and the entire staff of chic sugars for baking a beautiful and delicious birthday cake. All my guests were raving about it and we were all surprised and amazed by how moist, airy and flavorful was the vanilla cake, fondant so yummy everyone was asking for more, and chocolate ganache filling tasted like the best expensive chocolate you've ever had. I've had many of these custom cakes before and rarely they are well decorated and tasty at the same time, most times they're meh. The design is exactly what I wanted and came out even better than I expected. Everyone wanted to know where it's from. I'm shocked by the negative reviews for service as well as cake execution (Erika literally was responding to my emails and answering questions until 11 pm, I'm sure way past closing hours) and boy am I glad I didn't read them before, because I probably wouldn't have not chosen chic sugars, but I'm happy I did and hope they won't disappoint in the future."
