"This pizza is not good.It’s a just a huge slice of flavorless pizza. The service was slow. Chicken wings tasted old and greasy. Shrimp wrap and burger blehhhh. Only thing that was cool were the fries and like you really can’t mess up fries.After our orders were taken we waited for an extra 45mins for some simple “fried items”. We watched others walk in, order food, and out before we asked about the 3 orders we placed. First they couldn’t find the food. Then someone was going to remake the food.Ok now we have to wait extra because we’ve already paid.Oh no!!! wait! now someone has found our food sitting in the area where Uber eats and door dash pick up from.They tried to make it right but it was honestly too late. Getting home to eat flavorless food didn’t make it any better.Gotta be only for late night people who are just dangerously hungry and need to fill their stomachs. This is not for enjoyment."

"Started paleo dieting from past one month. Hence, was looking for some good grilled chicken around Arlington heights. Tried the rotisserie chicken we get in Jewel Osco. They smelled very bad after a bite for some reason even after reheating it with some garlic and onions. Threw two of them entirely. Google review suggested me this place Hickory Roasters. Wanted to try the grilled chicken here. Ordered a thigh and two sides. It also came with a muffin. To be honest, the chicken did not smell at all. The piece was very succulent. The sides of green beans and cucumber salad were great. Ended up ordering two whole chicken for take away. The ambience wise it's a small and cosy place. The downsides being 1. Asked to replace muffin(being in diet) with green beans and it came little with a grumpy face from the worker. 2. The people at the restaurant who serve you are mostly poker faced for some reason. If not for the workers, i would have rated them 5 stars but i would definitely visit them again and again. Finally found a place where i can get a healthy and tasty chicken."

"I had a great experience at this restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. I ordered the two-meat plate, which included smoked ribs and pulled pork. Out of the two, the pulled pork was definitely my favorite; it had a rich, smoky flavor with a nice kick of spice that wasn't overpowering. The ribs were well-seasoned and also had a nice smoky taste, but they didn't quite match the pulled pork for me. We were warmly welcomed by the young lady working behind the counter, which added to the pleasant atmosphere."

"We went to Ranch Hand BBQ on Fathers Day and they were slammed!! All the employees were working so hard, and still smiling. Every time I go here, they are very accommodating, helpful and fun. Not to mention, the Tri tip sandwich is the best in town. I was happy to see them being so busy on Fathers Day and didn't mind waiting the 20 mins for my food to be ready. The young men at the register are always so sweet and helpful and the blonde lady bagging up orders knows how to make sure that each patron feels heard and taken care of. Thank you Ranch Hand for employing the type of employees you do. It makes all the difference! Highly recommended"

"Ordered the 1. Spam egg with rice 2. Chicken katsu and teriyaki combo with rice. Their portion is huge so it’s def worth the money. I like that they kept the teriyaki sauce in a flask to made it warm. Overall yum food and will definitely go back. Also Sunday parking is free for the area."

"Such a gem!! Creative, beautiful and tasty treats. We tried a selection of macaroons including Rose, pistachio and coffee flavors. Classic cappuccinos.The artisan chocolates are fabulous!! I can’t even find the words to describe them.. you need to try them to know what I’m talking about.Also a huge plus is the warmth, kindness and cultural sensitivity of the owners. Being an identifiable Muslim woman with specific dietary restrictions- they voluntarily and respectfully noted which chocolates had alcohol in them before I made my choices. I look forward to visit again!"
