"WARNING - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My delivery driver sent me a frustrated message asking me to contact the restaurant because they refused to hand over the order and treated him poorly. I reached out to the restaurant, and both the woman who answered the phone and her "manager" had a horrible attitude, even yelling at the driver. The manager began shouting at me, mistakenly thinking I was with DoorDash. When I clarified that I was the customer, he continued to be rude and eventually hung up on me. I will never order from this place again. I hope DoorDash reconsidered partnering with this restaurant, as it's also tarnishing their reputation, and I have serious concerns about the vetting process for their merchants. After looking through past reviews, it's clear that customer service issues are a recurring problem here."
