"This morning I woke up early to have time to get my latte. When I pulled up in the drive through, a worker with light eyes and a beanie shoved the credit card machine in my face and said... would you like to leave a tip? I was half asleep, and mind you my first job ever was as a barista... I would have never done that, it 's plain rude. Want more money for doing your job? Ask your employer, they 're already charging $7 for coffee, and I have to feel forced to tip you for handing me my drink? Anyway...I hit 'no tip ' and the girl said 'thank you, we appreciate it ' passive aggressively. I then waited for my breakfast sandwich before going to work, she handed me a bag... I was on my way when I reached down I BURNED the tips of my fingers! I immediately looked down and noticed I was given the wrong item, def overheated. I had to pull up, get out the car, walk in the store, and find someone for this girl to say 'whoops '. Then handed me the item I paid for. This behavior is unacceptable. Not to mention... they took the sandwich I had touched and handed it to someone else! Terrible health standards. Very disappointed."
