When we called to address a problem, the woman on the phone was defensive and rude rather than acknowledging the error and offering a solution. A simple apology and a promise to fix the issue with our next order would have been enough to satisfy us. We take pride in our company's values, so it's disappointing that this experience did not reflect them."
