I acknowledged that and continued to watch as five more people received their orders, including some who had skipped the line.
Frustrated, I stepped back up and asked for a refund since it was now 8:00 PM and it was clear that I had been overlooked. They asked for my name, then looked around for my receipt but couldn’t find it. Instead, they printed a copy of my order, not the refund. The girl assured me that the refund would be back in my account in two days. There was no apology or offer to make my smoothie immediately—nothing at all.
I understand that they can get busy, and I even allowed them extra time to prepare my drink, but they continued to prioritize seven other orders ahead of mine. If the girl had just checked for my order when I asked, it could have prevented this situation. I sincerely hope this isn’t a regular occurrence for them. I used to work in this mall and frequently ordered from Beyond Juice, and they were fantastic—this experience was a real disappointment."
