"My wife ordered the walleye with brined red potatoes, while I had a fillet with tempura shrimp. Let's start with the positives: the Caesar salads and presentation of both meals were impressive. The green beans and carrots on my plate were cooked perfectly, and the garlic mashed potatoes and tempura shrimp were crunchy and well-seasoned. However, there were some negatives as well. My wife's fish seemed off, possibly old or frozen, and her potatoes were over-seasoned with Bay Seasoning, making them inedible. My fillet was overly smoked and also couldn't be finished. When we asked our waitress about the smoker, she claimed they didn't have one, leading us to believe liquid smoke was used. Overall, we recommend more tasting in the kitchen before serving dishes to customers."
