"Driver just leaves pizza on ground out our front door. We didn 't know it was out there untill we saw it laying there full of ants. We called back telling them what happened and her excuse was the the screen door was locked ? pretty sure if you knocked on that screen door we would have heard. And also she had our phone numbers. So there was so excuse for leaving that on the ground. Fire this driver. Because we expect better customer service then this.?"

"I did not know that Pizza Hut now uses DoorDash for their deliveries. I will never order from any Pizza Hut again because of this. I placed an order at 3:35. By 4:45pm it was not delivered yet. Once I found out that they use DoorDash for deliveries, I understood why. I had planned to do a $5 cash tip, so there was no tip on the card. DoorDash drivers won't pick up orders with no tip showing because that's the only way they get paid. While on the phone with the restaurant at 4:51pm I received a text message telling me that my order would be delivered by. DoorDash driver at 5:20pm! I had asked the store person right away when I called at 4:45 if my pizza was completed and ready, and she confirmed it was. In fact, I'd bet it was ready at 4pm like the Pizza Hut app said. So they were trying to send me a pizza that would have been sitting their for an hour and half! STOP USING DOOR DASH!!!!!! Hire drivers directly and pay them correctly."

"We visited Pizza Hut, and I have to say, who can resist their crust? I felt for the manager, as it was just me and perhaps one chef handling the entire service. Honestly, I've never received my pizza so quickly, even with five other tables occupied. The manager managed everything with charm, even though the poor guy was clearly overwhelmed. It was just my husband and me, and we weren't in a hurry, so everything felt effortless thanks to the manager's positive attitude, despite being extremely short-staffed."

"The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie was incredible; I absolutely loved it! I also really enjoyed the 6" Personal Pan Pizza; it was super delicious. While I wasn't a huge fan of the Breadsticks, they were still decent. Overall, a great experience!"

"I wish I could give 0 stars as they don't actually deliver food. I waited 2 hours and received nothing. I was told they had not received a order from me despite having recieved tracking and them charging my card. When I called the number I got representative on the #2 line. I never got through to anyone at the store. Nothing but ringing until the phone hangs up. I had to file a charge back on my card with my bank to get a refund. I wish I checked the reviewsfor this location first. I'm not sure how this place is even open."

"I am very successful with this RESTUARANT/STORE-location. I have my order on 745PM on 02-02-22 and the estimated time on 70-80 MINUTES/PROMISE time for 9 o'clock. I wait and wait and killed the tracker. I got the last step where it probably wasn't like me dating my pizza that reached a 30-40 deposit drawing. she said, "Do you want this? And I said it, I am my dinner. it was not a reference point for a discount or a comparison for the EXCESSIVE-DeLAY. a few minutes I moved back to the house and chancellor. the DELIVERY-Gute has not brought me with the pizza until 10:19PM. 2 hours and 34 minutes after my order. I don't have a single announcement of this business with the fine delay. I have just talked about the delay I have anointed, and the pizza breaks the additional time of the dispatcher about the phone after 9 o'clock promise time. because I didn't want the ice kalb and the PIZZA card, I was there for them (I did all this) and I held the blame for it being so that it was 't."

"I used to enjoy consistently superior quality and prompt, accurate delivery from this restaurant. However, after 18 months, things have changed. The pizza remains the same as it has been for as long as I can remember, going back to when Raiders of the Lost Ark was first released. The real issue has become getting the pizza. The store's hours have become so unpredictable that I'm not sure if they're even open anymore. Even when they are, there might be a driver available—or there might not. They were even closed on Super Bowl Sunday, which is traditionally a huge day for pizza delivery. At this point, I have to accept that I won’t be getting Pizza Hut delivered to my home until I move to a new area. I suppose I’ll try to focus on the good memories instead of feeling sad that it's over."

"The pizza crust was flat and tough for a pan pizza, and both the dipping sauces and pasta lacked any seasoning at all. Additionally, the cinnamon sticks were basically just plain bread with no cinnamon sugar on them. I was really disappointed with this order. The prices keep going up while the quality of the food is declining."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this location compared to my experience at the Breiningsville site. I ordered delivery through Uber Eats. Surprisingly, I found the wings to be better than the pizza! The pizza itself was quite good—fresh and hot, without being greasy. It was probably the best I’ve had from Pizza Hut in years. The wings were crispy and had a nice flavor as well. While I usually prefer pizza from local pizzerias over chain restaurants, this place is definitely an exception. Keep up the great work! If you’re craving Pizza Hut, I recommend coming here instead of the Breiningsville route 100 location!"
