"unfortunately our trip to steel cactus was a disappointment. we knew that this site was just recently opened, so it was unexpected to deal with a fruit flies problem as we did at this point. my beer had a fruit fly in it when it arrived at my table. the fruit flies also landed on my eating, which was already good. the waitress was charming, but the guy I suspect was the manager little to get the fertilizer situation outside the rotating air conditioning on full jet in the effort to get the fertilizer flies to clear our sitting area. that was probably a bad judge, because it was cool outside, and the ventilation openings aim at us and our tables. for this purpose, the hvac seems to have been badly conceived without the patrons sitting under the ventilation openings and inevitably being blown dust directly into their food and drinks when this device is opened more than a few months. we have been looking forward to a pleasant date night here at steel cactus, but our experience fell far behind our expectations. we will not be back soon."
