"Caplingers never disappoints! In my opinion, they offer the finest fried shrimp in Indiana. The hush puppies are simply outstanding! The service was excellent, although the atmosphere could use some improvement; it's not their fault that they're situated in a small trailer on Pendleton Pike—I actually drove past it twice without realizing. However, once you pull into the parking lot, you'll discover some pleasant picnic tables outside. Overall, I rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!"
