"This place is usually good but it’s rowdy with a lot of kids most of the time. My most recent experience was not too good. I made my order with one of the screens for honeydew snows to have 30% sugar because i have ordered with a cashier on many occasions with the snow having less sugar because my mom is diabetic and i naturally believe i could do it again. So when i received my order the girl called my name and just dropped the drinks off on the counter then RAN AWAY. Like i understand your busy but that’s not good customer service in making sure the customer has their order correctly. So i had to call her back ask which one has less sugar and she literally told me that THEY CANT DO THAT i told her i have ordered this same drink this way many of times before and they gave it to me even told me which one had less sugar and she told me “if they told you they put less sugar they probably LIED” then ran away again so i had to call her back and ask for a receipt then she gave it to me and ran away. So i was left to juggle the 3 drinks that i bought because they couldn’t even hand me a drink holder they just all ignored me while i stuggled to hold all of the drinks and carry them to my car. Also they say they close at 10 but don’t order any food after 9 because they don’t tell you that they stop making the snack food earlier than closing so they had to give me a refund for my mochi waffle i ordered. This place really lacks better management there’s just 3 kids behind the counter making everyone’s drinks."

"I ordered the tai/chin pho combination. If you're unfamiliar with it, I recommend looking it up. First, the positives: There’s plenty of parking and a good number of seats available. The service was incredibly fast and efficient, which I appreciated. The large portion size for $14.95 was quite generous and well above average. They also have great Hoisin and Sriracha sauces with large, clog-free openings, which is a nice touch. Now, onto the okay aspects: The amount of meat was adequate but not impressive. I would have liked to see more onions in the bowl too, but it was still passable. The noodle quantity was appropriate for the size of the bowl. Unfortunately, the broth was disappointing. It was light and lacked the robust pho flavor that I was expecting. I couldn’t detect any spices like cinnamon or cloves, which are essential to traditional pho. If those flavors were present, they certainly needed to be stronger. Perhaps they are catering to the palate of the average, less discerning customer in Denver, but that approach does not work for me. In conclusion, this place is decent for pho, but anyone who claims it’s spectacular or the best they've had simply lacks expertise—no doubt about it. The broth is a significant letdown, which is unfortunate because they excel in other areas. Without the generous portion size, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. To sum up, this is a good place to grab a meal, but it’s far from award-winning due to the subpar broth. If they can improve the broth and enhance the in-soup garnishes, they could potentially earn a 5-star rating. Until then, they won’t be considered for any pho hall of fame."
