"If I could, I would give this place negative stars. The customer service was completely absent. When I asked about delivery, the owner just said, "No, we're too busy." I asked an employee about other options or canceling my order, but they never mentioned any fees—I would have gladly paid since I'm a regular and usually tip well. After being taken off hold, another employee was rude and gave me short, unhelpful answers. I've ordered from other locations many times without any issues like this. I stand by how I feel about this experience."
