"The restaurant was in a terrible state of cleanliness. Our server apologized for the slow service, explaining that he was the only one working. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations either; the Alfredo sauce was dull and served cold, while the Minestrone was overloaded with peas, and the roux had a strong burnt flavor. Although the lasagna was hot when served, it was only mediocre at best. To make matters worse, a salad wasn’t included with the meal, which made the overall price higher than most Italian restaurants for just an entrée. Honestly, I’d have had a better experience at Olive Garden, even if 90% of their food is frozen. I don’t plan on dining here again."
