"I would give 0 stars due to the terrible customer service from Kristine B. From the moment we approached the register, we were treated very poorly. I politely greeted the cashier with a friendly "Hello, good afternoon, I’d like to order for dine-in," but she immediately rolled her eyes and spoke to me rudely throughout my entire order. She never made eye contact and constantly looked around the restaurant, showing clear attitude.
When it was time to pay, our total was $50.19. We handed her a $100 bill, but she walked away to try running it through a machine. After a few minutes, she returned and handed the bill back, saying her machine wouldn’t accept it. We gave her another $100 bill, but the same thing happened. Then she insinuated that our money was counterfeit, which felt like an excuse to treat us badly. If the money really were fake, they wouldn’t have just handed it back without any further action. Finally, after giving her one more bill, she accepted it.
The way she treated my husband and me from the start, and her behavior during payment, left us feeling humiliated in front of other customers and staff. We were so uncomfortable that we couldn’t enjoy our meal as we had hoped. I also want to note that we are Hispanic, and I’m not sure if this was a racial issue, but during our time there, every other customer—none of whom appeared Hispanic—was greeted and served warmly by her.
We absolutely love Round Table Pizza and the amazing recipes at this location, which is why we keep coming back. But every time Kristine is working, we are treated with extreme rudeness. Today, I’ve had enough."
