"Came in monday evening, seemed pretty busy, got sat at the bar which I normally don’t like to do but decided I’d try it out seeing they were busy. Immediately I was taken care of, first by a gentleman whose name I did not get tall, had a beard I think) , then by Kairy, both of them made the night very enjoyable; Kairy was very attentive and friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had. The wait time on food was almost nonexistent, came out super quick. Overall 10/10 experience, I wouldn’t mind sitting at the bar again, great bartenders honestly."

"Tonkatsu broth is very flavorful. Pork chashu is nice tender. Ramen udon noodles are great Inconsistent product quality:eggs Soft boiled marinated eggs are nicely seasoned but hard boiled/overcooked often times. They are hardly soft jellyas displayed on their menu images. Which is the classic way to serve eggs in ramen. Grey egg yolk from last week is burntseasoned soft boiled egg. Multiple eggs are from today overbooked again but not burnt this time. Photo captioned web site is oftheir menu reflecting a perfectly soft boiled egg. Typically, we will order 2 ramens or a ramen a ramen burrito. Both ramensare usually ordered with 2 extra eggs. The down side on to go orders is you won 't know you have anything missing until homeunless you open in the restaurant look like a Karen . More often than not, we are not given the extra eggs in our to goorders. These last 2 visits, I decided to check my order at the counter saw I was shorted the extra eggs. Last week I wasonly given the 2 extra but not the original half it comes with. This week it was the same but they said it is because theycharge $2/half egg not $2/egg. I did request 2 extra eggs not half it was not like that previously. I asked if they changedtheir rate was told that it has always been like that. It is fine if the rate changed but that is not what was said. Again,inconsistent unfortunately. The receipt also says extra egg not extra 1/2 egg. Regardless, I would have continued withtaking my order if the eggs were not hard boiled vs soft boiled because the soft boiled seasoned eggs are my favorite part toramen. I don 't mind paying extra for good food. I don 't want to pay extra extra for over cooked wrongly prepared food.Especially the favorite part. I use to recommend Ideku to friends family. If their product consistency is improved, I wouldlove to continue recommending them being a customer myself. However, 30 minutes one way is a long drive for ramen just to getho"

"We were very pleased with the quality and service at Jinya. They have good vegan choices. The waitress was very helpful when I asked if any animal products were used and offered a few vegan recommendations. The spicy vegan ramen was delicious, as were the Impossible tacos and the house salad. We also got the tempura brussel sprouts… not worth all the oil used. If you want to make it healthy-ish, get kale noodles in the ramen and the house salad (lots of leafy greens) "

"I’m always impressed by this restaurant. First of all, the food is incredible; everything on the menu will have you coming back for more. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, creating a lovely vibe for this little ramen shop. The service is exceptional, with the owner's son always ready to help. He even went out of his way to accommodate my girlfriend's fish allergies. To top it off, he allowed us to bring our puppy since we couldn’t leave it home alone. "3 years ago this used to be the best ramen place in Vegas but the quality has been steadily declining the past few years. Now a days, the only reason we order is because their pork gyoza used to be delicious. However, the Henderson location (the one closest to me) seems to have changed the recipe so now it’s really bad so we started ordering delivery from the Rainbow location almost exclusively for their pork gyoza. But the last 4 times, they have been sending less and less ponzu sauce that is supposed to come with the pork gyoza and this time they didn’t even include it at all. Even though I always order 2-3 dishes of gyoza at a time. I am so sad I have to write this review when I used to love this restaurant and take all my friends and family every time they would visit. But I hope this brings it to their attention and they start changing things around."

"One of my go to places for Ramen.. quick and friendly service at this location. I ordered the spicy chicken ramen. My only complain… for 14.50, there should definitely be more than one piece of chicken in my ramen. The meat was definitely lacking, but it always has been and I still continue to come back. The friend chicken appetizer was delicious! Next time I go, I will probably only be ordering this. My boyfriend and I got the sake because why not… you can never go wrong with some hot sake. Ramen has always been a little overpriced here, but overall, a good experience for sure! Enjoy!"

"We always enjoy getting the spicy vegan ramen at Jinya. We travel a lot and rely on it. It is a chain but it is still actually the best ramen we've found in the states. We've been to Ts Tan Tan in Japan (Japanese Vegan Ramen Shop in Tokyo) and Jinya is pretty good. We don't find the Spciy Vegan Ramen to actually be spicy. You can always order the chili oil and garlic oil on the side if you are worried. Sometimes we do find the ramen to be a bit oily. We love the silken tofu. The staff here were not very friendly or helpful. I would suggest online ordering for this location. I wish Jinya had Vegetable Tempura. They do have brussle sprout tempura which is okay. We have asked several times and have always been told the batter for the brussle sprout tempura is only water and flour. This is how tempura is traditionally made but some places have dried milk or dried egg in the batter. Be aware they do not have a separate fryer."

"This was our first visit, and everything exceeded our expectations! The ramen and rice bowl were truly delicious. While we weren’t particularly fond of the appetizer we chose, our server Jonathan and his manager Brian were incredibly friendly and quick to assist us in finding an appetizer we liked. "This place is an over priced. The food doesn’t test good at all. Most of their seafoods are too salty and food doesn’t test fresh at all. My friend order big crab and it was too salty so she couldn’t eat it, when we ask the waitress she said she will call the manager and manager said they test like that and they didn’t put any salt. She offer 15% off like seriously. Worst seafood boil."

"Jinya is currently the best ramen spot in the Salt Lake Valley, standing out among all the ramen bars. First, the appetizers are incredibly flavorful and fresh. My personal favorites include the pan-seared gyoza served with a delightful soy-ponzu sauce, and the standout dish has to be the tempura-fried shrimp paired with a citrus aioli. Now, onto the most important part: the ramen. The noodles are cooked perfectly al dente and have just the right thickness (they do offer thin noodles, but I always recommend going for the thick ones). Other restaurants often serve noodles that are either too thin or overcooked."

"We recently tried ordering the spicy vegan ramen and our server informed us that they were out. Seeing that they also have a vegetarian bowl, I asked if that one was also vegan, and they said yes, except for the thin noodles, which contain egg. So, we asked for the vegetarian ramen with the thick noodles that they usually use in the vegan bowl. Shortly after, the chef came to our table and said he checked the labels on their noodle boxes and ALL of their noodles contain egg! We asked, even the noodles you use in your vegan bowl?! and he said yes. So I 'd you have ever eaten the vegan bowl at this restaurant (as I have! , you have unknowingly consumed eggs. The chef was very kind about it and we thanked him for his honesty, but told him they really need to correct there menu! We ended up eating somewhere else that night."

"This will be my new favorite ramen place. I used to prefer Ani Ramen, but recently they've been cutting back on portion sizes and broth. Their reviews reflect that. "This was my and my wife's first visit to this restaurant, and we were impressed. The location is great, with convenient public parking, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. The ramen at JINYA is always fantastic; I had the hot spicy chicken, while my wife opted for the mild version. We both added seasoned egg, corn, and fried onions to our meals, and I must say, the ramen was excellent—truly a reminder of my wonderful trip to Japan. Our server, Linh, took great care of us and was very friendly. Be sure to ask for her when you visit JINYA and don’t forget to leave her a nice tip! By the way, the parking in downtown Alpharetta is quite pleasant."

"I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The bathroom had a terrible odor that was hard to ignore. The service was decent, but the broth needed a lot of improvement—it just wasn’t good enough for me to finish my ramen bowl. Honestly, I couldn't even eat half of it. The service was mediocre at best. While the prices are lower than at other places, you truly get what you pay for when it comes to the quality of the ramen and the overall cleanliness. I left feeling very let down and I won't be returning. The bathroom smell lingered with me all night, which was really unpleasant. If the restroom smells like a sewer, I can't help but worry about how clean the kitchen is or the quality of the water used in the broth. It's been a while since my visit, but I still can’t stop thinking about how bad that bathroom smelled."
