"The dim sum experience was mostly enjoyable, but there were a few misses as well. Unfortunately, the service was the worst I've encountered in San Mateo. Staff members seemed either too busy to engage with customers or unsure of their responsibilities. Many dishes arrived without the necessary condiments, and it took a long time for someone to actually notice our requests and deliver them. I definitely won't be returning here."
