"The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. Shame should give them the lousy customer service and the lousy quality of the food with the years they have on the market !!!!! I will never return and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Expensive and lousy in every way"

"This long established restaurant has never lost it 's pizzazz for good food and service. Sometimes forgotten while considering the newer places this is one to keep on your must go rotation list. Service was great but not overbearing; the good was just wonderful and chef made small requested changes perfectly. (I.e., the request for crispy french fries was accomplished perfectly something frequently just ignored). The pot roast was as good as ever, as was the pork chop. Candidly, the duck fried rice is vastly over rated but, otherwise, the meal was superb. It 's back on our list and in our rotation of good places to eat."

"The restaurant has machines for recycling cans, glass, and plastic bottles that accept deposits. However, the machines can be quite finicky. I was able to redeem my tickets for cash, but it depended on when the staff were available. Unfortunately, some staff members made me feel like a second-class citizen. The maintenance staff were good, but one female manager could benefit from learning customer service skills similar to those at Target. Security was not helpful in resolving an argument I had with a rude individual who tried to cut in line and was quite dismissive. Overall, the atmosphere was not very warm or welcoming."

"I am a local to Ponte Vedra Beach. We have attended brunches in various places like Valley smoke the Palm Valley Fish Camp, The Seahorse over at PonteVedra and inn Club Horsay over in downtown Jacksonville among others. My point in this preface is to set the tone that I have no issue with paying for high end dining. Furthermore if I am going to eat out, I prefer a more Foodie Chef based restaurant so my bill tends to land on a higher spectrum. For a brunch of this dor I would expect to not pay any more than $18-$25 this is not the Breakers! And if they would’ve been true to form of what is stated on their website which is $23 for an all American buffet style breakfast; Then I wouldn’t even be writing this review right now. That being said we were seated by the hostess shortly after greeted by our server who asked us if we had ever been there before and as she proceeded to explain the breakdown I could barely hear myself think let alone the words that are coming out of her mouth because of the musician blasting music to the height of what you would experience at a club. I am not in my 20s anymore I don’t enjoy obscenely loud music and I like to enjoy the company that I am with and be able to hold a comfortable conversation without feeling that I am yelling. From my understanding because I read and researched the restaurant prior to attending when she described the breakdown of the $15 additional for unlimited mimosas it would’ve been correct in regards to the extent of the charge on my card but we were with our daughter and not drinking so I said no to the mimosas and expected to get a $23 charge for my husband and I. I gave her my card at the end as my daughter was a bit fussy and also very much annoyed with the obscenely loud music that my husband and her went for a walk prior to us wrapping up breakfast. So it wasn’t until I had paid and concluded my brunch that I noticed an $85 bill for pancakes omelettes and bacon. So for anyone who does their due diligence and researches pricing and style of restaurant prior to attending buyers beware the pricing that is stated online is incorrect! Expect to get over charge for a sub par meal."

"At 5 PM, there’s a welcome reception featuring s'mores and hot chocolate, which was a delightful experience. It was wonderful to gather around the campfire with a warm drink in hand. We often dined at Manzanita restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Given the limited dining options in the area, it was a reliable choice. I do wish there were dog-friendly dining options available on the property. For each meal, we opted for takeout and enjoyed it on the patio, which was perfect given the lovely weather and offered us the chance to dine outdoors. Overall, it was a fantastic weekend getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit to the Ritz Carlton Tahoe. A huge thank you to Nelly, Daniel, Andrea, and Madelyn for their exceptional attentiveness and excellent representation of Ritz Carlton’s values. We encountered many other friendly hospitality professionals during our stay, but I unfortunately can't recall their names. "

"We were going here to meet some friends. My friend left her wallet in the car so we were going to wait for our other friends to bring it to her. The bouncers then said we were clearly 19, even though we were both of age and I showed him my ID already. Then they said we can get in without our id's, clearly implying us to do them a sexual favor. I called them utterly disgusting for saying that, and they called me and my friend bitches and refused to let us in after we rejected them even though we both had our IDs at that point. Their fragile egos are incredibly pathetic. The way they were disrespectful is pathetic. If you want to get sexually harassed this is the perfect place for you, otherwise literally go anywhere else."
