"A little disappointed with our experience. We stayed at the Kimpton so decided to try The Vine. The waitress didn’t allow us to finish our charcuterie and literally pulled our plates away as the main course was arriving. My friend asked for a well done burger and when it arrived it was medium rare. She asked to switch it and again the waitress wasn’t very nice about it, even though it was their fault. I have asked for extra ice and it felt like they are doing me a favour by bringing. The food was alright but the service really ruined the experience."
