"After waiting for 10 minutes, I noticed that other cars that arrived after me were already picking up their food and leaving. I tried to remain patient, thinking perhaps the kitchen was slower than usual. However, another 15 minutes passed, and the woman handling the curbside orders walked by me several times without providing any updates or checking on my status. By then, I had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes since my check-in! I considered the possibility that my check-in hadn’t gone through, so I tried checking in again through the app, which confirmed that I was already checked in and that my food would be out shortly. Reaching a breaking point, I suspected my order had just been sitting there waiting to be brought out. I turned off my car and went inside through the curbside pickup door. To my surprise, the same woman I had seen several times was now sitting at the podium on her phone. She looked at me slowly, clearly disinterested, rolled her eyes, and asked for my name. After I provided it, she walked over to the shelf with the prepared orders, and there was my bag sitting just two feet away from her! I was incredibly frustrated that my food was right there, and she hadn’t bothered to bring it to my car, as is customary for curbside pickup. Feeling defeated, I turned and walked back to my car. Once home, I found that the food was cold, though the packaging indicated it had been hot at some point. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, especially after spending nearly $30 for a cold meal."

"DO NOT order delivery from this restaurant. I placed an order and received a confirmation text. Although the wait time was long, I was fine with it. After nearly an hour, I received a text saying my order had been canceled. I tried calling, but no one answered. I called again the next day and was told I would receive a refund of almost $60, but I have yet to get my money back! It's been weeks, so there’s certainly been enough time to process my refund. Whoever took my order—hope you enjoyed your free meal. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time!"

"Let me start by saying I'm aware that as we navigate through these times it can be very difficult, especially in the restaurant/service industry. With that being said being a former waitress/cook some people will never be satisfied, I'm definitely not one of those. I dined alone and my order wasn't a difficult one just straight off of the pick 3 menu for lunch. Unfortunately the waitress that i had seemed to be over ran, it wasnt very many people in her section but she seemed a bit frazzled. Upon sitting down I looked at the table which hadn't been cleaned, mind you that there wasnt very many people in the dining area. I got my food in a pretty decent amount of time, the chicken quesadilla was pretty decent but as I looked down at the packet that my cutlery was in I noticed a bote that said free chips and salsa daily hmmm that was weird because I honestly looked around and seen every other table being served chips and salsa and I honestly thought wow everyone must love the chips and salsa here except that was a complimentary thing that was missing from my table. I'll be honest I dont even want to go back but....it was a gift that I'd received for Christmas!"

"We came in on a girls night out, had a fine experience until we tried to leave. We paid our bill, tipped the server over 20%. We finished paying and I said to my friends “we should let the server have this table so she can make more money” because I have been a server and I understand. As we were leaving, she ran out of the restaurant yelling at us and stated “are you guys going to finish paying??? I didn’t get paid for over half of your table.” Everything was paid if she would have taken a minute, and done her job, as we had paid with the QR code on our receipts. Her name was Mackenna I guess she hasn’t received a lot of training. The manager didn’t seem to care much. I’ll never come back. What an awful way to end our week. You might be chased out of the restaurant for PAYING your bill. Wouldn’t recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"We found ourselves at the restaurant from 3:30 PM until nearly 6 PM for what was supposed to be a quick dinner. Eventually, we had to leave cash on the table and track down a server to inform her that we could no longer wait. Our total bill amounted to just over $50 for a lukewarm and disappointing meal, and the wait was extremely frustrating. It was obvious that the restaurant was short-staffed, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inadequate service. I won’t be going back."

"Got order out and the service was terrible. 1 out of 5 different employees was polite and well mannered. There were 2 other cars sitting in the pick up parking spots and the parking lot was as dry as a desert;wasn’t busy at all. At first we were asked our name and as soon as we said the first syllable the burly guy in a blue polo(assuming to be a manager) walked away and then we were brought the wrong food. Upon calling to get our right food he then proceeded to tell us our name was something completely different. Continued to forget half of our order. When brought our right food blonde woman with a headset gave us a glare and then slammed our food on the floor."

"I hadn't been to Mancino in years, but during my time in Lexington, I used to dine there almost weekly. I'm happy to report that it hasn't changed. The good news is the food remains excellent. While getting up might not be as easy anymore, the quality is still outstanding. They offer homemade dishes made with fresh ingredients, including pizza, salads, and enormous sandwiches. Don't miss out on their freshly baked cookies—they're absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Mancino, and I wish we had one in my current city. Thank you, Mancino!"

"The food was delicious!!! Jeffrey our server was fantastic. He was fun and very efficient. Kahn our hibachi chef was phenomenal!!! His show was spectacular and hilarious. We have eaten at Japanese steakhouses all over the country. This was definitely in the top 3!!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for fantastic food, a great atmosphere, and loads of fun! "Unfortunately I couldn't do zero stars on here… However this Has to be the worst DoorDash delivery/pick up order I have ever expirienced. When I first got there I saw a lady come out whom I thought was going to come to my car and ask me what order I have or give me my order but no she continue to walk out the store and get her car and go home I had another woman who came out who clearly saw my car get ignored it and went back inside my DoorDash app said to wait because usually it takes a little bit so I waited 20+ minutes just after that I went on the door to see, locked. When I eventually caught the persons attention about my order the person I spoke to was extremely rude I don't recommend this place to anyone go to a different Chili's and get some better employees with better attitudes. Ridiculous"

"The restaurant is really disappointing. I visited when the previous owners were in charge, and everything was much better back then. Now, young servers who seem to lack experience are often rude. The bar manager is completely clueless. The food quality has also declined. I wish it could return to the way it was with the previous owners, who were friendly and attentive. I wouldn't recommend spending any money here."

"Went at 11 as soon as they opened on Sunday July 17. Incredible service all around. The staff was fast, very friendly and the food turned out delicious. Me and my wife love chili’s and eat at a lot of different locations. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE HAD IN A CHILIS AND ARGUABLY THE BEST I HAVE HAD IN ANY RESTAURANT PERIOD. I just went back inside and got the staff’s names they were so good. Sam was the manager, Eric was the delightful host, and Raya (hope I spelled that right) was our incredible waitress."

"Great idea terrible execution. Great place to go if your on a diet since you won't eat much. Everything sounded great on the menu. Ordered fries with gorgonzola fondue which were good. My wife got pesto crusted chicken. Beautiful presentation. I asked for a bite started to chew. It was the driest chicken ever. The edge was so hard I thought had gotten a bone. No flavor tasted like cardboard. She took 2 bites and I took one and that was all. I got the pig and the fig. It was ok. Too much blue cheese. That is all you could taste it overpowered everything else. Final bill for 2 was $90. Should gone to anywhere else for better food. Maverik. Smiths deli, McDonald's even. Worst food I've ever paid for."

"Went there yesterday. Waitress stuck thumb in my soup while setting it down. Sloshes soup into table and carried wet thumb into the next bowl she set down. Very nice waitress, but that's gross. So didn't eat. Main dish came out, but by then we hadseveral flies and gnats all around us. There was issue with them.by buffet and in the restaurant. Didn't eat. "Did a DDash combined order with OBSH. Everything from GChick was wonderful. For years while working on base b4 the EO mandate job loss my coworkers would make a run for lunch EVERY week here. Now I know why. Meals are not filled with rice, they have it as a good side 15% . Items we ordered Steak Shrimp had a lot of steak and shrimp and good veggies actually enough for two since a meal from OBSH was frelled . Dumplings were large and full of meat, not filler. Spring rolls were great and we wished we had ordered many more of them. Good side cups of dipping sauce for all orders and everything was neatly packaged with no spillage. All of our meals were wonderful from Golden Chicken. In retrospect, we wish we had ordered everyone's meals from here instead of splitting the DDash order."

"I called at 830 pm on a Sunday and asked what time they were open until and the Said tonight, 10pm. I drove 30 mins to get there and walk in at 9pm to bartenders with an attitude telling me it 's already past Last call and that the Kitchen is already closed. Then proceeded to Tell me that I got the wrong information (30 min prior) and oh well. I will never come back to this place after the attitude and misinformation. I wasted an hour round trip for nothing and left me with no other options nearby. Ridiculous! Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because I got takeout here a while ago and it was decent."

"I only gave it one star because there is no option for zero stars. I am new to the area and went here twice and both times were a total disaster. The first time, a girl with short hair and really pale skin took my order in the drive thru and told me topull forward, I was waiting for over 20 minutes and when I finally came in to see what happened to my order, I see the sameweird acting pale face girl sitting a table eating. I went here a few days later and got breakfast, this time my sausagebiscuits tasted like bleach and salt. I come from MI and I love Hardees, this location makes Hardees look horrible. Please trainthe staff on customer service skills and how to cook the food properly. What a waste of time and money!"

"Oh, my restaurant was all this. it reminded me of a restaurant from behind the day. ole school. the load in there has dresses old school bonbons and soda pods that I took back to the old days. they have a lot of cool things in there. the food was freshly seasoned and fresh, not to mention good. will go back and the server alisha b was all nice informative and nice they had know on the load and restaurant she was very pleasant. she has actually changed her menu with us for a minute of the same great service as far as she has been selling drinks I wished to have a larger alcohol variety"
