"Soft, soggy crust. Need I say more? Visiting from New Orleans, where we have some OK pizza, but our strengths lie elsewhere. Saw the 4.6 star rating and was excited for some great Chicago pizza. Unfortunately, this pizza was mediocre at best. I even got the recommended one, the capricciosa. Toppings were OK, that's mostly what I ate. Oddly enough, the pizza came out in literally (proper use) 5 to 6 minutes. Seems the only way that could happen is that these are pre-made in the back, just have to go in the oven. Anyway, thin crust but soggy. Terribly disappointed, won't be returning. Server was polite and punctual, no issue there. Don't know what else to say. If they all come out like that, then why is this place hugely rated? Is it possible that Chicagoans don't know good pie? Makes me wonder."
