"Our party arrived on time for our Open Table reservation, only to be told by the manager that they do not honor Open Table reservations. Despite some mild protest, we were seated at a table set for two, even though the restaurant was half empty with several large tables available. When we asked about the large tables, the manager said they were reserved for a group of 28 people and we had to stay at our small table. Feeling uncomfortable with the size of our table, the nearby large group, and the kitchen being preoccupied with the 28-person party, we decided to leave. The manager showed no interest in keeping us there, and there may have been some racial profiling and discrimination involved. We will not be returning to Dolo, as there are plenty of other options available for our dining experience."
