"The manager on duty was rude and uninformed. I attempted to use an expired Groupon, but he dismissed us as customers and insisted they don’t accept them. I explained that they actually do, as they’ve received payment for them, and that the promotional value never expires — it states that clearly on both the app and the voucher. Despite this, he became increasingly confrontational and tried to show off in front of his staff, at the expense of customer service. The overall experience was disappointing, as there seems to be a lack of understanding regarding marketing policies related to their Groupon offers. This manager appears to be more focused on displaying his authority than on providing quality service. I recommend avoiding this restaurant until the owner brings in capable leadership."
