"I usually find myself visiting a one-person operation when I go to this restaurant. I wasn’t impressed during my first visit, but I decided to give it another chance. I waited for 15 minutes for two sandwiches. Just as I was about to leave, another customer came in and ordered a medium Roman burger. The employee then rang up two Roman burgers instead, and the customer paid for them. A few minutes later, he realized he had been overcharged and mentioned it, but the employee insisted that he had ordered two sandwiches and refused to issue a refund, despite me hearing him clearly order a medium. Later, when I returned to work, my coworker pointed out that their sub was a small, not a medium, even though we were charged for a medium. I don’t think I’ll be coming back."
