"Made a reservation on OpenTable for 9:15, and when we got there, the hostes advised us that we can get a drink, but we cannot not eat because the kitchen was closed. I told her we had a reservation that we made on OpenTable and she said well I don't have it here, and then said oh I see it. At that point her attitude and her rudeness was a turnoff so we left. I will never go back there because they are always rude!"
