It was light, flavorful and hit all the Banh Mi profiles that make my mouth water! Watching Tung, the owner, kill the lunch rush, was awe inspiring! Even though busy, he spent time to chat w me my lunch friend. He is energetic, creative, authentic, hospitable a joy to talk to! if this EXCELLENT sandwich shop (and more) isn't enough, he his team compete at Hogs for the Cause have racked up over a dozen awards!
