"We had a great time trying the guacamole and salsa at the restaurant. The medium guacamole had a nice level of spiciness. Each of us ordered different types of enchiladas and tacos and swapped dishes so we could taste a variety. The service was fast, which is perfect for those with evening plans. Our only issue was the noise level, as it made it hard to hear each other at the table."

"I always have a good time at Culichi town. However the hosts did seem a little unorganized. I had a reservation at 6:30, we didn’t get seated till about 7. Which is perfectly fine I understand it’s a Saturday night and it’s busy. But it did seem like they just kind of forgot about me. When I did go up to the stand, I did realize that they had confused my reservation with another parties and thought I was a part of a bigger party. Things happen, maybe they need just a little bit more help. Overall I had a great time, Culichi town is always so fun."

"An absolutely terrible experience! The cook (although nice) was extremely unprofessional and the food was subpar (at best). We waited for an hour before our “chef” came out and our food was even started. The “chef” kept touching his facial hair and continued handling our food. I canceled my meal before it was placed on the grill because I was so disgusted. Wishing we would have gone to KOBE in Seal Beach, instead!The 250+ (2 adults, 3 children) I wasted at this place would have been better spent wiping my !"

"For a restaurant with this reputation and at this price point you would expect a wider selection of food preparation. Food was delicious, but everything I ordered was deep fried, the octopus as well as the snapper. My husband ordered the bronzino which was tasteless and overcooked. Other guests were happier with their meals, so I gave the food 4 stars, but it didn't really deserve it."

"We've been coming here since they opened. It was always our jam, then pinche Covid hit. Started coming back semi-frequently in 2022, but it just wasn't the same. The food and drinks are always great, no issues, no complaints. Very solid. The part that has taken a downward turn is the service. We used to be able to just order from the bar after we sat down, but not anymore. Only from the register. The other part that is disappointing is how sticky the bar has been for the last year. It was never like that when Tyler was here.Just sayin'."
