"The place was beautifully decorated; food was good and wait staffs were great. However, valet service was a bit strange for a hotel like the Four Seasons. First, the person at the valet counter asked was if we were going to pay cash or credit card for parking (didn’t know it matters). Second, he didn’t give us a valet ticket and didn’t give us the change back of $50 for a twenty something dollars parking fee. His explanation was changes will be given back to us when we leave. Third, they were reluctant to give us the changes back and said it costed more because we stayed longer than 4 hours. I honestly don’t think we were there for more than 4 hours but how could they possibly tell without a time stamped ticket?"
