"Wish I could leave zero stars but yelp told me to be nice. Let's start off with the atmosphere and space of this place. Pretty small for large groups but definitely has potential. Music was loud and enjoyable. Service? God awful. Food? Mediocre not a wide range of options. Our table of 9 total our group was about 40+ people split into tables) chose to do the $45 mimosa deal, unlimited mimosas with one entree. We also ordered a round of shots for 9 people at $13 each which is absolutely ridiculous for a small restaurant like this. Food took forever and was missing multiple items, which in the end our server charged us for the missing items that were ingredients in the dishes we ordered... okay???? She brought out three pitchers of mimosas at once which if more than 9 of us are drinking at the table she should have been more attentive to bring us waters and refills on the mimosas. We should have never reached the end of a bottle without a refill At the end she gave us our $688 bill. Told us she couldn't split per person, which would have been easier because we all ordered the same deal with one shot each. Knowing this now she wouldn't split the bill because she probably wanted to make sure she got her tip rather than take the chance of splitting bills making it easier for us and no one tipping. Confused on where $688 came from, we reviewed the bill and noticed gratuity and a service charge were added, which is understood but never discussed before hand. Knowing that we ordered the $45 mimosa entree deal plus $13 shots and divided the service and gratuity fee still should have been about $76 total per person for our party.. which did not equal to the $688 on all of our credit card statements, in fact it was way more. When cash was given about $315) and the rest of the bill was to be split between four cards.. the inexperienced and unorganized server, daisy swiped more than one card more than once and still collected money from everyone, WITHOUT telling those whose card was swiped more than once that she did so. To my knowledge when you split a check the total should go down right? Apparently not here which made our party feel like she was stealing money and typing in totals for different peoples cards. Then had the nerve to leave the receipt asking for a cash app tip? Girl, no. You got your auto gratuity for your terrible service do not ask for anything more. My advice don't go here, don't even waste your time, but also if you decide to give it a chance, read everything and pay in cash. I would never go back to this establishment there was nothing Glorious about it. They need a better blueprint for how to run a successful business. Next time with a party so large create a contract and you'll surely get your tip since that's what they're so pressed about."
