"To make matters worse, their website wouldn't load. When I asked for WiFi to see if it would help, they were unable to provide it, even though they had two networks available. I've never seen so many dissatisfied diners in one place. That night, there were two food trains delivering to the entire restaurant, and if a table ordered a lot (as they often did), you could end up waiting 20 minutes for just 3 out of the 8 plates you ordered. After waiting that long, you might receive only 6 pieces, and to top it off, they charge about $4 per plate. That adds up to $32 for 8 plates, with just 2 pieces on each.
This establishment is a poor excuse for a sushi restaurant, and the owner seems too aloof to address customer complaints or listen to staff concerns. Moreover, the quality of the food didn’t match the $4 per plate price tag. The ingredients were not fresh, and there was a lack of variety. If you’re seeking a better experience, I recommend heading down to Chinatown to visit Sapporo for sushi that you can actually grab from the belt—and at a lower price! Honestly, even Kura Sushi would have been a better option. The owner should pay more attention to their servers, as their grace and composure during the hectic dinner rush is what kept this restaurant from falling apart completely!"
