"This is the best Peruvian food I’ve ever experienced! Their ceviche mixto is bursting with flavor! I prefer to order it without spice and have the heat on the side so I can add it to my liking, but if you're a fan of spicy food, definitely go for it spicy—you won't regret it! The fish is incredibly tender, and all the seafood works harmoniously with the delightful tang of lime. The small sides of choclo (sweet corn), cancha (toasted corn), and sweet potato add wonderful texture and flavor to the dish. It's an absolute must-try! Many of their other offerings are also incredibly tasty, so don’t hesitate to explore the menu. Additionally, the freshly baked warm bread served while you wait is a lovely touch, and the green aji verde sauce is outstanding!"
