"I don't know what's going on with Panera. I know finding help is now very hard BUT at least keep the equipment working so you can serve the customer. And for those that get hired make sure they understand how to HELP the customer. Saying it's not my problem or I can't help isn't the answer. Just refer to the manager and let them take the heat. Attitude when at work destroys your opportunity for future employment especially if the business fails. Kudos to the young man at the counter though that stepped out of the box and figured out how to help the customer."

"We made a last-minute reservation since we were in the area, and given the limited Sunday lunch menu, I didn't have high expectations. However, the pork Sunday roast dinner exceeded my expectations and was delightful! The restaurant also seems like a wonderful spot for tea and cakes.
