"So disrespectful. Why is it that EVERY single time I come in here the manager gets so nasty with me? I’m literally just coming to get food and they treat me like a piece of garbage every time, I’m NEVER coming back. Today was the last straw, I come in to place my order because that’s what I was told to do by management since they were having trouble understanding me on the phone. He then starts arguing with me saying he never said that, which doesn’t even matter sir, It was RIDICULOUS. "Let me start off by saying the staff was excellent, and wonderful with their service.I love Boston market, but this last experience just missed the mark by so much. Half the menu isn't available, and whatever is available is comparable to cafeteria lunch. The chicken was good although they didn't have any of the flavors we were interested in. The mashed potatoes had the rate consistency, but did not taste like anything. I've never tasted mashed potatoes that tasted like water before. Cornbread was burnt and dry, and the gravy was bland. I've noticed the steady decrease in quality with the garden City store, it would love to see them turn it around and return to their former glory. It shouldn't feel like walking into a cafeteria at school lunch"

"I ordered online from ActiveMenus.com, and the only issue was that the beverage options listed weren't accurate compared to what was available in the store. The employee at the counter was excellent—helpful and impressive at multitasking. The food was delicious, although we had a couple of minor concerns: the vegetables were a bit more 'al dente' than we would have liked, and we didn't receive the sides of gravy that we expected, though they might have been out of stock. "After a long night of shenanigans, my go-to 's are pozole or Phở, so I found this gem while out running errands. I 'm no expert in all things Phở, but I must say that this restaurant far exceeded my expectations. The broth was hot and very flavorful. The fixings were fresh and plentiful. The service was great and I was two chopsticks in in less than 15 min from entering. The icing on the cake was that they had soda chanh. When I go out for Phở and they don 't have soda chanh, I sit with raised eyebrows. Not at this place. My eyebrows got to relax and I indulged in the Phở Dặc Biệt that I ordered. Will definitely be back again."

"When we called the catering line to inquire if they had processed our order since the store had it, the customer service representative rudely interrupted me and insisted that they did. After checking my bank account, I noticed that their customer service had mistakenly charged me again. This meant we were falsely accused of not paying for the same order three times. It was embarrassing for my husband to explain that the order was not paid while standing in a long line. Eventually, they gave us our order. Now, nearly two weeks later, I’ve submitted three complaints regarding the $216 we were overcharged, and I still haven’t received any refunds. To make matters worse, the company number they provided doesn’t connect you to a real representative. I really hope someone addresses the issues at this Boston Market location. This is ridiculous. With inflation as it is, losing over $200 has been a significant inconvenience, and I need that money back."

The broccoli was the worst I’ve ever tasted—mushy and brown. The cornbread was ice cold, and the mac and cheese was underwhelming. The ribs had decent flavor, but they didn’t deserve any praise. "I placed an online order and when I arrived, the doors were locked, even though it was well past their stated opening hours. The sign indicates they open at 11 a.m., and it was already after 12 p.m. I wasn't the only one; several other customers showed up, only to find the same situation. To make matters worse, I could see an employee inside who was just standing there, watching everything unfold without doing anything. It’s hard to believe this company pays its staff to keep the doors locked while they do nothing all day! If they’re not going to open the store, at the very least they should have the decency to disable online orders so customers aren’t charged for products they’ll never receive. "Boston Market is one of a kind! The food is always served hot and delicious, everything new they come out with I make an effort to try. Like the brisket, prime rib and now baby back ribs. I haven't tried anything from Boston Market that wasn't delicious. I did a family event around the holidays and ordered through their catering line, everything was perfect, the food was packaged perfectly, arrived on time and was so tasty from start to finish. My family raved about everything and can't wait to use Boston Market at next year's family event. I highly recommend Boston Market. This is the only place you can get an original home cooked meal these days. "This is the second part to my other post. The other Ryan Bashor here is also me . I just have such a long review that it would not post it so I had to split it into two and use both of my accounts. The last thing I would like to review on is the fact that you can't get a hold of Boston market and any other way except for to call or send a letter in the mail. And when I called there was a queue, and they asked me if I wanted to save my place in line, and they would call me back when it reached my turn. And they did not, but I do understand it was Thursday which was Thanksgiving Eve, then today was Thanksgiving, and tomorrow's Black Friday so I'm probably going to have to wait to try to call again until Monday. But there is no way to contact them via email, or like an online chat to talk to customer service. No matter where I look no matter what I searched I could not find any email, or customer service connection that wasn't a phone number. But yeah this is my first Thanksgiving meal ordered through Boston market and unfortunately I think it might be my last. The turkey was amazing though it was super juicy, tasted amazing, and I used to work at the deli and customer service and I'm pretty sure that this is the same exact turkey breast that we used to slice up for the deli meat, and I'm not complaining cuz it was really yummy. But yeah if you read the other review by Ryan Bashor, that's also me."

"I just stopped for dinner, the food is great, but what brought me here was the service and patience of the people behind the counter. 4 people do the work of 6 or 7 with a smile. They only saw a few people with BOGO coupons asking for free stuff because they were from the main rib and ribs. Today the floor was sticky. The decor is a little drab, but I suppose that's standard for Boston Market. Bottom line we like the NH Ave. Location and intend to visit this Boston Market site regularly. We always get the dark meat chicken and creamy spinach, along with another side. The creamy spinach is absolutely delicious. I always command it and serve it sometimes as a supplement with our home cooked meals."
