The toasted croutons were delightful and seemed freshly made, though I should have inquired about that. The romaine was fresh and crisp, and I particularly enjoyed the thick shavings of cheese mixed throughout. The tangy dressing complemented the greens perfectly.
For my main course, I chose the Seafood Alfredo, which was advertised to include shrimp and langostinos. However, I was not informed that the langostinos were absent; the dish contained only shrimp. Still, the seafood was tender and cooked just right, so I wasn't disappointed. The presentation was a bit misleading, as there were actually more shrimp hidden beneath the pasta. The sauce was rich and creamy, making each bite a pleasure. Alfredo is my favorite dish, and I even took home a generous portion to enjoy later, which was just as delicious when reheated. The only improvement I could suggest would be to use homemade pasta; if they did, it would elevate the dish to something extraordinary.
For dessert, I went with the caramel-drizzled cheesecake. It had a lovely vanilla bean flavor that was complemented beautifully by the caramel. I couldn't tell if the dessert was made in-house, as I neglected to ask, but regardless of its origin, it was a satisfying slice of cheesecake."
