Despite my attempts to contact management about this charge, I never received a return call, and they seemed unavailable in the evenings. Eventually, their Food & Beverage Director contacted me via email but only provided a copy of the closed check, not the signed receipt, which is quite concerning, especially for someone in their position. The general manager claimed that my card was credited for the disputed amount, but I never saw that credit appear. This situation has been a significant hassle, particularly because I used a retail credit card, making disputes much more complicated."
