"Had a young kid as a server. Ordinarily that wouldn’t be an issue, as long as he is a good server. This kid was not. Had to be reminded to bring sugar out for our tea. There was a very loud large table in the restaurant. The table was so loud that one of our party members turned off his hearing aid. I mentioned something to the server. He said nothing and nothing was done to ask the other table to lower the volume. Ordered the seafood banquet $32) and the menu indicated it would have some heat. It didn’t. In fact the flavor was mediocre. Server “auctioned” off the food when it came out, meaning, rather than place the food in front of the person who ordered it, he simply called out the dish and waited for the person who ordered it to answer up. Had crème brûlée for desert. It was okay. Spoke with other members of our party of 6 and their opinion was, “It was okay.” Traveled an hour to this restaurant and won’t do that again. This restaurant’s community must be desperate for Asian cuisine because I’m not sure how this place stays in business. Too many other really good places. Sorry, won’t be back and don’t recommend it. Not only because of the service, but the food really isn’t that good."
