"For our main courses, my girlfriend ordered poached eggs on Texas toast with sausages, while I went for the biscuits with chicken fried steak and gravy. Unfortunately, the hollandaise sauce on her eggs had curdled, and my dish was quite bland. I had high hopes for the peppers and onions with the potatoes, but they lacked flavor as well. I tried adding salt, but it didn’t help.
I might come back to try their lemonades and sweet breakfast items, but I was really disappointed with the overall lack of flavor. I expected a more exciting experience with Louisiana spices."
