"Great location! Always such polite and friendly employees. Even if you just look like you might need help, someone will always ask to help you! Had the Honey Pimento chicken sandwich for the second time today. SO good my eyes roll back in my head with the first bite! Lucky we caught itand the manager took care of it right away. She admitted that her staff were not trained well. That would not be so bad but thenit was 30 minutes and the order did not come out. We inquired and found out they had cancelled the order! The manager had to geton the team to fulfill the order. Once the order was completed we had to return another time due to missing items There is noway this place is a 4.5 stars. You can clearly see that this business has bots inflating their reviews. You can also tell theydo it care about their customer experience when there are no responses to concerns and reviews. Total lack of accountability."

"Coworkers and I did a pickup order from this location. It wasn’t even busy when they went to pick up they get halfway back to the office and realize we didn’t get the cool wrap I ordered. They drive all the way back for me to get the cool wrap, but of course by the time I get the food in the office, the fries are ice cold and soggy, not to mention they are still white from being completely undercooked to begin with. I called to complain and all they could offer was coupons for my next visit. This place has horrible service for a chic fil an and the quality of food doesn’t even meet chic fil a standards. Will never return."

"We usually stop by this Chick-Fil-A once a week and everything is great and the employees are friendly. But today...We got Chick-Fil-A and I asked for 4 Chick-Fila-A sauces and 4 Polynesian sauces because the kids love them. We get home and there are only 1 of each. What was supposed to be a nice family night while eating our favorite food turned into a yelling/wrestling match and major meltdowns. They ended up eating their food but not after complaining for a good 5 minutes. Lesson learned... I’ll always triple check that I have enough sauces ."

"Multiple bad experiences in a row. I have many chick fil a choices in the KC metro area and I won’t be choosing this one anymore. "It was AWFUL! Ordered through drive-thru. I ordered 2 sandwich meals, (one regular chicken sandwich meal with Mac cheese and Diet Coke, one deluxe chicken sandwich with no cheese, waffle fries and a Diet Coke. I also ordered a side of chicken nuggets with 2 different sauces. Order was more than $35. Order was not ready upon arriving at pick-up window. I was asked to pull up to stop sign and wait for food. Then I was asked to pull into a parking spot and wait for food. Food was eventually brought out and I asked if it as all there. I was told yes. After getting home, the regular chicken sandwich was missing. I called the phone number listed for the store and got some jerk in corporate who apologized and said there was nothing he could do except write up a report. Customer service is a lost art."

"The staff truly saved the day yesterday. My sister had to go to the emergency room, so I quickly drove over from Kingsport. I called ahead for about an hour, and they prepared a Nugget plate with fries, along with plates, cutlery, ice cream, and cookies. They even made a card that everyone signed for us. Their kindness was a true blessing during a time when we hadn't had a chance to eat and didn't know when we'd get home. They went above and beyond with their customer service."

"The last couple of times I visited this restaurant, my order was incorrect. I ordered three cookies and some sandwiches, but I only received one cookie. Despite asking twice for them to double check, my order was still incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the person I spoke to claimed to be the manager and said she would inform the actual manager to add something to my app as compensation.
